At Anointed Hair Spa, we are committed to providing exceptional hair care services and products. Please review our Refund Policy below to understand how refunds, returns, and cancellations are handled.
1. Salon Services Refund Policy
All hair services are final sale. Due to the nature of our services, we do not offer refunds once a service has been completed.
If you are unsatisfied with your service, please contact us within 48 hours of your appointment. We will assess your concern and, if applicable, offer a complimentary adjustment within 7 days, at the discretion of management.
Adjustments do not apply if the client changes their mind about the chosen service or fails to follow professional aftercare instructions.
2. Product Return & Refund Policy
Unopened and unused retail products may be returned within 7 days of purchase for an exchange or store credit.
Used or opened products cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety concerns.
Hair extensions, wigs, and custom-ordered products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
3. Appointment Cancellation & Rescheduling
Cancellations require at least 24 hours' notice. Clients who cancel late may be charged a cancellation fee or required to pay a deposit for future bookings.
No-shows may result in a 50% charge of the scheduled service and may require full prepayment for future appointments.
4. Gift Cards & Promotions
Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Promotional services and discounted packages cannot be refunded or transferred once purchased.
