• Late Arrivals: Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule.

• No-Shows: Failure to show up without notice may result in a cancellation fee or refusal of future bookings.

3. Payments & Pricing

• Accepted Payments: We accept credit/debit cards, cash, and digital payment platforms.

• Deposits: Some services may require a non-refundable deposit to secure the booking.

• Price Adjustments: Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

4. Refunds & Exchanges

• Services: All salon services are non-refundable. If you are dissatisfied, please notify us within 48 hours, and we will work to address your concerns.

• Products: Unopened and unused products may be returned within 7 days with a valid receipt.

• Custom Orders: Hair extensions, wigs, and special-order items are final sale.

5. Client Conduct

To ensure a professional and respectful environment, we expect all clients to:

✔ Refrain from using prohibited substances in the salon
✔ Treat staff and other clients with respect

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone engaging in inappropriate behavior.

6. Gift Cards & Promotions

• Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

• Promotional offers cannot be combined with other discounts unless stated otherwise.

• Expiration dates apply to certain promotions and gift cards.

• We are not liable for allergic reactions or hair damage resulting from failure to disclose medical conditions, hair treatments, or chemical sensitivities.

• Results vary based on hair type, previous treatments, and at-home care.

• Clients assume full responsibility for post-service hair care.
